Sean Langley IRRV began his career by spending more than 19 years employed in Local Authority Revenues and Benefits. This practical service delivery experience included successfully managing a team through a competitive tendering process, for a contract worth &12m and annual turnover in excess of £100m.

Bruce Wright
Position: Associate
Bruce Wright has been involved with the use of emerging technologies since the late 60s when he studied Cybernetics and Psychology at Reading University. After teaching in a secondary comprehensive for 7 years, he was seconded in 1986 to the University of Exeter to research educational applications of emerging technologies.
